World Wildlife Day 2024 Celebrations by GTTCI: Ambassadors & Diplomats from 4 Nations Visit Pilibhit Tiger Reserve
Pilibhit, Uttar Pradesh – March 2, 2024 – The Global Trade & Technology Council (India) (GTTCI) marked World Wildlife Day 2024 with a distinguished delegation comprising Ambassadors and Diplomats from Kyrgyzstan, Mongolia, Suriname, and Eritrea. The esteemed visitors, including HE Mr. Askar Beshimov, Ambassador of Kyrgyzstan, HE Mr. Ganbold Dambajav, Ambassador of Mongolia, HE Mr. Arunkoemar Hardien, Ambassador of Suriname, along with diplomats Ms. Li Hongying and Ms. Yodit Mogas from the Embassy of Eritrea, journeyed from Delhi to Pilibhit Tiger Reserve, Uttar Pradesh, for the celebration hosted by Polyfibre World from February 28 to March 1, 2024.
Welcome of Ambassadors & Diplomats at Khandelwal Fibres Group, Bareilly, UP
On February 28, 2024, Khandelwal Fibres Group warmly received the ambassadors and diplomats, along with GTTCI delegates, at the Khandelwal Fibres Farm in Bareilly. The event was followed by a lunch hosted by GTTCI Board Member Mr. Ankur Khandelwal and the Khandelwal family, alongside Shri Umesh Gautam, Mayor of Bareilly. The delegates were presented with a Polyfibre Elephant and received a traditional Indian welcome adorned with pagdi, patka, and the chanting of mantras/shlokas.

The Global Trade & Technology Council (India) organized a Business Meet on February 28, 2024, at Invertis University in Bareilly, UP, with Ambassadors and local trade associations. Supported by Shri Umesh Gautam, Mayor of Bareilly and Chancellor of Invertis University, and Mr. Ankur Khandelwal of Khandelwal Fibres Group, the event highlighted various prospects in the ambassadors’ respective countries and emphasized the need for educational exchanges for global exposure.

On February 29, 2024, the delegation embarked on a morning safari at Pilibhit Tiger Reserve, UP, as part of the World Wildlife Day celebrations. They admired the stunning natural habitat of animals and were fortunate to witness Tigers, Deers, Peacocks, and a variety of birds. The encounter with a tiger became a memorable highlight for the ambassadors and diplomats.
Visit to Delhi Public School Rudrapur, Uttarakhand
On March 1, 2024, the delegation explored the Indian education system with a visit to Delhi Public School Rudrapur, Uttarakhand. They gained insights into how Indian schools preserve traditions and culture while utilizing cutting-edge technology for student advancement. Mr. Surjit Singh Grover, Chairman of DPS Rudrapur, extended a warm welcome, enlightening the delegates about the school’s various activities and initiatives aimed at preserving Indian culture and enhancing education through technology.
