“Knowledge sharing is the key to Water Crisis”
GTTCI Trade Chamber & Religare Commemorate World Water Day 2024
New Delhi, March 27, 2024 – GTTCI Trade Chamber in collaboration with Religare Group celebrated World Water Day 2024 with an esteemed gathering at Radisson Blu Marina, New Delhi.
Distinguished guests including Ambassadors of Azerbaijan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Deputy Head of Mission from the Embassy of Bulgaria & Sweden, and Diplomats from Iran, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Senegal, Russia, and USA graced the occasion, underscoring the significance of water conservation and international cooperation.
Dr. Rashmi Saluja, Executive Chairperson of Religare Group & Chairperson of GTTCI Trade Chamber, emphasized the importance of responsible water usage and technology-driven solutions to mitigate conflicts. “With the right usage of water and knowledge sharing of technologies on wise water usage and consumption, there would not be any conflict,” she stated.
Dr. Gaurav Gupta, Founder President of GTTCI, extended a warm welcome to all ambassadors & diplomats, stressing the imperative to observe World Water Day and highlighting the critical need for collective action in addressing water-related challenges.
The panel discussion, moderated by Rakesh Asthana, Chief Advisor of GTTCI Trade Chamber and Group Head of Religare Group, centered around the theme ‘Peace through water’. The discourse delved into strategies for fostering peace and cooperation through sustainable water management practices.
