The second edition of the multidisciplinary exhibition “Russia – An Indian View II” was successfully held at the Russian House, Feroz Shah Road, New Delhi, with the support of the Russian Embassy in India. The event witnessed the participation of diplomats, art connoisseurs, students, and distinguished guests including Mr. Ivan Ramenev (Acting Director, Russian House in New Delhi), Dr. Sanjeev Kishor Gautam (DG, NGMA), Mr. Amarendra Khatua (Former Secretary, MEA), Mr. Abhay K (DG, ICCR), and the renowned Mohan Brothers (sitar and sarod exponents).

Curated by Aakshat Sinha and Savita Gupta, the exhibition brought together an eclectic collection of photographs, paintings, sculptures, installations, literary works, and memorabilia that reflected the deep cultural, emotional, and intellectual ties between India and Russia (USSR).

Highlights included paintings and mixed-media works inspired by Russian literature and landscapes, sculptures drawing on Soviet-era styles, literary excerpts by Indian authors, and rare memorabilia from Indo-Russian collaborations.


As an Associate Support Partner, the Global Trade and Technology Council of India (GTTCI) played a significant role in supporting the initiative. Known for promoting global trade, technology exchange, and cultural diplomacy, GTTCI’s involvement underscored its dedication to nurturing Indo-Russian cultural dialogue and long-standing friendship.The exhibition was widely appreciated for its ability to showcase shared ideals, artistic solidarities, and historical bonds, highlighting how art and culture continue to shape the strong relationship between India and Russia.
