Meeting a high power delegation from Malawi led by the Minister for Trade & Investment, the government of Malawi , H E Mr Mark Katsonga Phiri at the end of ” India – Africa Conclave ” at the Taj Palace Hotel in Delhi, this evening on the 20th July 2022. The other persons in the Malawi delegation included Mr Paul L. Kwengwere , the Chief Executive Officer of Malawi Investment and Trade Center and the High Commissioner of Malawi to India, HE Mr Leonard Mengezi.

From Indian side , the delegation included Dr Pawan Kansal Chairman Mr Rajiv Tuli, Mr Kapil khandelwal & Mr O. P. Gupta,

Dr Gaurav Gupta, the President of the Global Trade and Technology Council of India , The Minister from Malawi explained about the vast investment opportunities currently available for Indian investors in areas of agriculture, mining, manufacturing etc . He also apprised about the Government regulations, taxes and general investment culture etc .

He invited our delegation to visit Malawi to further explore the trade & investment potential in their country and hold discussion with various stake holders.
