GTTCI Leads Diplomatic Delegation at AIMA INDEX 2025, Strengthening Global Outreach and Investment Engagement in Nashik

The Global Trade & Technology Council (India) [GTTCI] played a significant role as the Global Outreach Partner at AIMA INDEX 2025 – Investment Maha Kumbh, held from 28th November to 1st December 2025 at Thakkar Dome, Nashik, Maharashtra. Organised by the Ambad Industries & Manufacturers’ Association (AIMA) with the support of the Government of Maharashtra, the event emerged as a landmark platform for fostering industrial growth, investment facilitation, and global business engagement.



As part of its global mandate, GTTCI led and facilitated a distinguished diplomatic delegation to the event, reinforcing its commitment to connecting Indian industry with international markets, institutions, and policymakers. The inauguration ceremony was graced by H.E. Mr. Anil Sooklal, Ambassador of the Republic of South Africa to India, lending strong diplomatic significance to the Investment Maha Kumbh and highlighting India’s growing role as a global investment destination.

As Global Outreach Partner, GTTCI enabled the participation of eminent ambassadors and diplomats, further enhancing the international character of the event. The distinguished global representatives included Ms. Capaya Rodriguez Gonzalez, Ambassador of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Mr. Juan Goldnick, Minister Counsellor, Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Mr. Metsing Ediel Lemphane, Counsellor, High Commission of the Kingdom of Lesotho, and Mr. Abdirisak Seid Nur, Commercial Attaché, Embassy of Somalia. Their presence reflected growing international interest in India’s regional industrial ecosystems and investment opportunities.




The Ambassador of Venezuela, Ms. Capaya Rodriguez Gonzalez, actively participated in key sessions, engaging with Indian industry leaders and stakeholders on avenues for trade, investment, and industrial cooperation, further strengthening people-to-people and business-to-business engagement.

AIMA INDEX 2025 brought together international and domestic participants, offering a dynamic platform to engage with buyers, suppliers, investors, and policymakers from across the globe.
