The Global Trade & Technology Council (India) (GTTCI) hosted the India–Czech Business Connect, an exclusive B2B networking session at the GTTCI Secretariat, New Delhi, bringing together diplomatic representatives, business leaders, entrepreneurs, investors, and industry stakeholders to explore new avenues for trade, investment, and technology collaboration between India and the Czech Republic.
The session featured Ms. Eva Kopecka, Head of the Economic & Commercial Section, Embassy of the Czech Republic in New Delhi, who interacted with Indian businesses and shared valuable insights on opportunities for expanding commercial engagement between the two countries.
The meeting focused on key sectors including aerospace, defence, railways, mining, and engineering, highlighting the complementary strengths of India and the Czech Republic and the potential for enhanced cooperation in technology transfer, industrial partnerships, innovation, and sustainable economic development.
Addressing the gathering, Dr. Gaurav Gupta, Founder President, Global Trade & Technology Council (India), highlighted GTTCI’s continued efforts to create impactful platforms that connect Indian enterprises with global markets through economic diplomacy and strategic business engagement. He emphasized that such focused business interactions play an important role in enabling direct dialogue between diplomatic missions, industry leaders, and entrepreneurs while fostering long-term international partnerships.
Mr. Shubham Gupta, Director, Global Trade & Technology Council (India), also participated in the interaction and engaged with the visiting delegation and industry representatives on opportunities to strengthen bilateral business cooperation.
The event witnessed the active participation of GTTCI Board Members, including Smt. Aashmeen Kaur Munjaal – Ontologist & Spiritual Guide,Founder – Shukrana Gratitude Foundation; Dr. Jaspreet Bindra – Director – Bharat Telematic Systems Pvt. Ltd.; Mr. Ravi Shankar Rao – CEO – Tributum Consultants Private Limited; and Mr. Sagar Aggarwal – Managing Partner – Areness.
Representatives from Babbar Wreckers Pvt. Ltd., Apollo Green, Majestic Rubber Industries, Jagdamba Cutlery Limited, Gem Mines, Global Exim Trade Consultants, and M.B Rubber Pvt. Ltd. also participated in the business interaction, contributing to discussions on trade, investment, technology collaboration, and sector-specific opportunities.
The interaction provided participants with an opportunity to understand market prospects, investment possibilities, regulatory frameworks, and collaboration opportunities across strategic sectors. Discussions also explored the potential for joint ventures, technology-driven partnerships, and stronger business linkages between Indian and Czech companies.
