The Global Trade & Technology Council (India) (GTTCI) recently honored HE Dr. Roger Gopaul, High Commissioner of Trinidad and Tobago, in recognition of his exceptional contributions to strengthening bilateral trade and cultural relations between India and Trinidad & Tobago.
