GTTCI Expands Global Business Exposure for Indian Enterprises at Gifts World Expo 2026

New Delhi | July 2026: The Global Trade & Technology Council (India) (GTTCI) participated in Gifts World Expo 2026, held from 30 July to 1 August 2026 at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi, bringing together Indian manufacturers, exporters, brands, buyers and international stakeholders across the gifting, stationery and promotional products ecosystem.

Organised by MEX Exhibitions Pvt. Ltd., with the Corporate Gifting Association of India (CGAI) as the supporting association, the three-day exhibition provided Indian businesses with a valuable platform to showcase their products to a diverse domestic and international audience, explore new markets, identify prospective buyers and develop cross-border business relationships.

The exhibition saw the participation of international diplomatic representatives, including H.E. Mr. Anil Sooklal, High Commissioner of South Africa to India, and H.E. Ms. Nadeska Imara Cuthbert Carlson, Ambassador of Nicaragua to India, along with diplomats and representatives from the Embassies of Egypt, Ethiopia, Nicaragua and Somalia. Members of the Zambian expatriate community also participated, adding an international dimension to the business interactions at the exhibition.

The visiting diplomats were felicitated by Mr. Gaurav Juneja, Director, MEX Exhibitions Pvt. Ltd.; Dr. Gaurav Gupta, Founder President, Global Trade & Technology Council (India); and Ms. Himani Gulati, Director, MEX Exhibitions Pvt. Ltd. The interaction provided an opportunity for diplomatic representatives and Indian industry stakeholders to engage directly around trade, business networks and potential international market linkages.

For Indian enterprises, exhibitions of this scale offer opportunities beyond product visibility. They enable businesses to understand international market preferences, interact directly with prospective buyers and sourcing partners, receive market feedback, identify distribution possibilities and explore pathways for entering new geographies. Such platforms are particularly relevant for Indian manufacturers and MSMEs looking to strengthen their export readiness and build international customer networks.

Representing GTTCI’s business community, Dr. Pawan Kansal, CMD of Shri & Sam and Board Member, GTTCI, showcased the company’s product portfolio at the exhibition, facilitating direct engagement with buyers, industry representatives and international visitors. Mr. Parag Anand, Director of Benson Trophies & Awards and Prime Member of GTTCI, also exhibited the company’s range of trophies, awards and customised recognition products, providing an avenue to explore wider domestic and international business opportunities.

The presence of diplomatic missions alongside Indian exhibitors created a direct interface between Indian businesses and international networks. Interactions of this nature can help enterprises gain greater understanding of overseas markets, identify potential commercial contacts and explore future opportunities in trade, sourcing, distribution and business partnerships.

GTTCI’s participation at Gifts World Expo reflects its continued focus on facilitating global exposure and market access for Indian enterprises. By connecting businesses with international exhibitions, diplomatic missions, global delegates and prospective commercial partners, GTTCI seeks to support Indian companies in expanding their networks, strengthening their international visibility and exploring opportunities across global markets.

The Gifts World Expo 2026 provided Indian businesses with a practical marketplace to demonstrate their capabilities, engage with potential customers and partners, and gain exposure to an increasingly connected global gifting and promotional products industry.
