The Global Trade & Technology Council of India (GTTCI) organised a “Business Growth Connect & Industrial Visit” in the Kundli Industrial Area, bringing together international diplomats, trade representatives, industrialists, GTTCI members, members of Lions Club Delhi Veg and media representatives. The initiative aimed to showcase India’s industrial capabilities while creating opportunities for international trade, investment, technology collaboration and business partnerships.
The programme witnessed the participation of distinguished international representatives, including Dr. Beno Beer, Director, UNESCO; Mr. Roberto Carlos Papa, Minister of Agriculture & Culture, Embassy of Brazil; Mr. Dipopego Julius Tsheko, Trade Attaché, Botswana High Commission; Ms. Niyara and Ms. Ayat, Cultural Attachés, Embassy of Egypt; and Ms. Nebiha, Journalist from Ethiopia, along with other international representatives.
The event also brought together prominent industrialists from the Kundli Industrial Area, including Dr. Pawan Kansal, Chairman, Jagdamba Cutlery Limited; Mr. Vipul Kapoor, KPA Bros Innovation Pvt. Ltd.; Mr. Gopal Goswami, representing the socks industry; Mr. Gaurav Kapoor and Mr. Saurav Kapoor, Kapoor Enterprises, representing the denim industry; and Mr. Pradeep Dwivedi, Director, Metro Ad & Print Pack Pvt. Ltd., representing the printing and packaging industry.
International Delegates Explore Six Manufacturing Facilities
As part of the programme, the international delegation visited six manufacturing facilities across the Kundli Industrial Area. The facilities represented diverse sectors, including stainless-steel cutlery, stainless-steel houseware, denim, socks, plastics, printing and packaging, and agro-processing.
The delegates gained first-hand exposure to manufacturing processes, modern machinery, technological applications, quality-control systems and production practices. The visits provided an opportunity for Indian enterprises to directly present their products and capabilities to international stakeholders while exploring potential overseas markets.
Creating Global Business Connections
The primary objective of the initiative was to connect Indian enterprises with international markets and facilitate conversations around exports, investment, technology partnerships, market access and cross-border business opportunities. Entrepreneurs had the opportunity to understand international requirements, showcase their capabilities and identify potential areas for collaboration.
Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Gaurav Gupta, Director, GTTCI, said that such initiatives can play an important role in advancing India’s trade and international business engagement.
He emphasised that connecting Indian entrepreneurs with international representatives can generate new business opportunities, strengthen exports and open avenues for global collaboration. He further highlighted the potential of India’s manufacturing capabilities, technological expertise and quality products in international markets.
Kundli Industries Highlight Manufacturing Strength
Dr. Pawan Kansal, Chairman, Jagdamba Cutlery Limited and Chairman (Industrial Export), GTTCI, described the international industrial visit as a matter of pride for the Kundli industrial community. He noted that such engagements allow local manufacturers to interact directly with global stakeholders, understand international market requirements and explore opportunities to expand their overseas presence.
Participating industrialists also shared insights into their respective sectors and discussed the growing international demand and export potential for Indian products.
