GTTCI Chairperson Dr. Rashmi Saluja and Ambassador Sardor Rustambaev Meet Mr. Gautam Adani to Promote Uzbekistan Investment Opportunities

In a significant step toward strengthening Uzbekistan-focused investment and bilateral cooperation, Dr. Rashmi Saluja, Chairperson – Global Trade & Technology Council (India) (GTTCI), along with H.E. Sardor Rustambaev (Ambassador of Uzbekistan), met Mr. Gautam Adani, Chairperson of the Adani Group, on 26th April 2026 to present various investment opportunities in Uzbekistan. The meeting focused on identifying strategic partnerships aligned with Uzbekistan’s economic priorities and expanding international collaboration.

Discussions covered opportunities across energy, mining, infrastructure, logistics, defence technologies, digital infrastructure, healthcare, and hospitality, reflecting Uzbekistan’s ambition to position itself as a regional economic hub.

The dialogue also explored opportunities in emerging technologies, industrial growth, and service-oriented sectors aligned with Uzbekistan’s modernization goals.

These proposed areas collectively represent a multi-sector investment framework aimed at supporting Uzbekistan’s long-term economic transformation while fostering sustainable partnerships with global stakeholders.
