GTTCI Trade Chamber Hosts Farewell Brunch in Honor of H.E. Mr. Dato Alaihuddin Mohammad Taha, High Commissioner of Brunei Darussalam
New Delhi, 7th January 2025: The Global Trade and Technology Council of India (GTTCI), in association with Religare Group, organized a farewell brunch in honor of H.E. Mr. Dato Alaihuddin Mohammad Taha, High Commissioner of Brunei Darussalam. The event was graciously hosted by Dr. Rashmi Saluja, Chairperson of GTTCI & Religare Group, at her residence in the Diplomatic Enclave, New Delhi.
The gathering celebrated H.E. Mr. Taha’s significant contributions to strengthening India-Brunei relations during his tenure. Dr. Gaurav Gupta, Founder President of GTTCI, expressed heartfelt gratitude for the High Commissioner’s invaluable cooperation. Recollecting moments of collaboration, Dr. Gupta wished him great success in his future endeavors and expressed optimism about continuing to build on India-Brunei ties under His Excellency’s guidance.
Dr. Rashmi Saluja highlighted the strategic importance of India-Brunei relations, emphasizing the potential for collaboration in critical areas such as IT, infrastructure, and natural resources. She further elaborated on how the evolving global order underscores the value of strengthening ties between the two nations.
The farewell event was graced by distinguished members of the diplomatic community, including H.E. Mr. Yousef Abdel Ghani, Ambassador of Jordan; H.E. Mr. Ganbold Dambajav, Ambassador of Mongolia; H.E. Mr. Shanker Prasad Sharma, Ambassador of Nepal; and H.E. Mrs. Lalatiana Accouche, Ambassador of Seychelles.
