GTTCI and Pacific’s Gateway Company Sign MoU to Boost India–Palau Development Cooperation


New Delhi, 26th March 2026: The Global Trade and Technology Council (India) and Pacific’s Gateway Company signed a landmark Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on 26th March 2026, marking a significant step toward strengthening collaboration in infrastructure, technology, and investment to support sustainable growth and economic development in the Republic of Palau.


The MoU was formally signed by Dr. Rashmi Saluja, Chairperson – GTTCI, and Mr. Alan R. Seid, Founder & CEO, Pacific’s Gateway Company, in the presence of distinguished dignitaries and industry leaders. The agreement reflects a shared commitment to fostering innovation-driven development, facilitating infrastructure advancement, and creating long-term investment opportunities aligned with global sustainability goals.



The strategic partnership aims to enhance bilateral engagement by promoting knowledge exchange, capacity-building initiatives, and technology-driven solutions across key sectors. Through this collaboration, both organizations seek to leverage expertise and global networks to support development initiatives in Palau, while encouraging Indian enterprises to explore new opportunities in the Pacific region.



The MoU signing ceremony witnessed the presence of eminent dignitaries including Dr. Gaurav Gupta, Founder President – GTTCI, whose leadership continues to drive GTTCI’s mission of strengthening global partnerships. The event was further graced by General Dalbir Singh Suhag, Former Chief of the Army Staff (COAS), Indian Army, whose presence underscored the strategic importance of international cooperation in infrastructure and development initiatives.



Senior representatives from GTTCI also attended the ceremony, including Ms. Jeeva Bhat, Head of Corporate Affairs – GTTCI, and Mr. Sanjay Kaushik, Global Advisor – Investment & Hospitality, GTTCI, along with several other distinguished stakeholders and industry leaders who joined to witness this important milestone.
