The Secretariat of GTTCI Trade Chamber hereby informs all concerned that Dr. Rashmi Saluja and Mr. Kunal Awasthy, who were serving as Directors of GTTCI Trade Chamber, tendered their respective resignations as Directors of the organisation.
The details are as follows:
- Dr. Rashmi Saluja (DIN: 01715298) tendered her resignation as Director of GTTCI Trade Chamber on 04 August 2026 and ceased to hold office as Director with effect from 04 August 2026.
- Mr. Kunal Awasthy (DIN: 10527773) tendered his resignation as Director of GTTCI Trade Chamber on 06 August 2026 and ceased to hold office as Director with effect from 06 August 2026.
The respective changes in the directorship of GTTCI Trade Chamber have been duly recorded, and the corresponding cessation of directorship has been updated in the statutory records maintained by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), Government of India, in accordance with the applicable provisions and filing requirements.
