GTTCI Trade Chamber and Religare Group Bid Farewell to High Commissioner of Fiji
New Delhi, February 6, 2024 – GTTCI Trade Chamber and Religare Group came together to host a heartfelt farewell ceremony in honor of His Excellency Mr. Kamlesh Shashi Prakash, the esteemed High Commissioner of Fiji to India. The event took place on 6th February 2024 at Radisson Blu Marina, New Delhi.
The distinguished gathering included the presence of notable dignitaries such as HE Mr. Alem Woldemariam – Ambassador of Eritrea & Dean of Diplomatic Corps, Ambassador of Mauritius – HE Mr. H Dillum, Ambassador of Seychelles – HE Mrs. Lalatiana Accouche, Ambassador of Nepal – HE Mr. Shankar Prasad Sharma, and Ambassador of Sri Lanka – H.E. Ms. Kshenuka Dhireni Senewiratne. Additionally, HE Mr. KL Ganju – Honorary Council of Union of Comoros, CDA of Embassy of Gabon, and Diplomats from the Embassies of Gabon, Russia, Angola, Myanmar, Palestine & Syria graced the occasion with their presence.
Mr. Rakesh Asthana, Chief Advisor of GTTCI Trade Chamber & Group Head of Religare Group, initiated the proceedings with his opening remarks, emphasizing the significance of the diplomatic ties between Fiji and India.
Dr. Gaurav Gupta, Founder President of GTTCI Trade Chamber, extended a warm welcome to all the ambassadors and diplomats present, setting a positive tone for the event.
The keynote address was delivered by Dr. Rashmi Saluja, Chairperson of Religare Group & GTTCI Trade Chamber. Dr. Saluja’s inspiring speech shed light on the evolution of relations between Fiji and India and highlighted GTTCI’s commitment to fostering and nurturing these ties for mutual growth.
In his closing remarks, HE Mr. Kamlesh Shashi Prakash expressed his gratitude to GTTCI and Religare Group for hosting the memorable farewell ceremony. He shared his reflections on the vibrant cultures and countless opportunities in India, expressing confidence in the continued success of the GTTC India Fiji Forum in facilitating business opportunities between the two nations.
