New Delhi, October 2, 2023 – The Global Trade & Technology Council (India) – GTTCI, held a heartfelt farewell ceremony to recognize and honor the remarkable contributions of Mr. Kunihiko Kawazu, Deputy Chief of Mission at the Embassy of Japan, in strengthening the bilateral trade and cultural relations between India and Japan during his tenure. The ceremony took place on October 1, 2023, at The Leela Ambience Convention Hotel, Delhi.
Dr. Gaurav Gupta, the Founder President of GTTCI, presided over the event and extended a token of appreciation to Mr. Kawazu, accompanied by his spouse. In a touching speech, Mr. Kawazu expressed his gratitude to GTTCI and Dr. Gupta for the warm ceremony and the enduring relationship he has forged with India.
The event witnessed the presence of distinguished guests, including Mr. Khursheed, Deputy Head of Mission at the Embassy of Uzbekistan, Mr. Tsiory Randrianaryvony, Deputy Chief of Mission at the Embassy of Madagascar, and Mr. Bassem Hellis from the Embassy of Palestine, who came together to bid farewell to their esteemed diplomatic colleague.
GTTCI members, including SK Tandon, Naresh Mangal, Vanya, Akbor, Umesh, and Ritu Bhagat, also expressed their appreciation by presenting Mr. Kawazu with thoughtful gifts and souvenirs on the occasion. Special invitees, Acharya Anita and Mr. Vikas, graced the ceremony with their presence.
