Introduction
Global Trade & Technology Council India (GTTCI), in continuation of its commitment to advancing trade, technology, and diplomacy, proposes the establishment of a flagship initiative – GTTCI Global Economic Forum (GEF). Conceived as an annual, multi-sectoral conclave, the GEF shall serve as a premier platform to deliberate, collaborate, and act upon the most pressing economic and developmental challenges facing the global community.
The core principle of the Forum shall be “Economic Development as a Catalyst for Global Progress”, with an integrated focus on inclusive growth, innovation, sustainability, and partnerships across nations.
Vision & Objectives
The GTTCI Global Economic Forum (GEF) envisions:
- Creating a neutral, international platform for governments, businesses, academics, and civil society to deliberate on economic cooperation.
- Positioning India, through GTTCI, as a connector and facilitator of global trade, technology, and diplomacy.

Structure of the Forum
The GEF will be structured around three pillars:
- Annual Flagship Conclave (3 Days)
- Hosted every year in a Partner Focus Country, highlighting bilateral and multilateral cooperation.
- Multi-sectoral discussions, exhibitions, and B2B meetings.
- Engagement of diplomats, policymakers, corporate leaders, and thought leaders.
- Year-Round Global Engagements
- Roadshows, investment meets, and cultural exchanges organized in different cities worldwide.

- Policy Recommendations & Knowledge Reports
- Publication of an Annual Global Economic Monitor Report, capturing deliberations, challenges, and opportunities identified during the forum.

Each year, one country shall be designated as the “Focus Country”, with the Annual Flagship Conclave hosted in that country. This will create a unique opportunity for showcasing bilateral strengths while fostering multilateral cooperation.
