Following the grand success of the Velocity Business Summit & Awards Show organized by CMD Business Club, the spirit of excellence, collaboration and global engagement continued with a celebration of cultural diplomacy. In collaboration with Russian House, New Delhi and the Global Trade & Technology Council (India) (GTTCI), CMD Business Club hosted the captivating dance concert “Barefoot” by the Model Studio of Free Dance on 10th July 2026 at Holiday Inn, Mayur Vihar, New Delhi.

The Velocity Business Summit & Awards Show brought together distinguished business leaders, entrepreneurs, innovators and professionals on a common platform to recognize achievements, encourage enterprise growth and celebrate excellence across diverse fields. Building upon this momentum, the Barefoot dance concert further expanded the engagement by highlighting the importance of cultural connections and international friendship.






Dedicated to the Day of Love, Family and Fidelity, the cultural evening celebrated universal values of love, family, peace and friendship through an inspiring artistic performance. The event reflected the shared vision of CMD Business Club, Russian House and GTTCI to promote meaningful exchanges that foster cultural understanding, global cooperation and stronger people-to-people connections between nations.



Dr. Pramod Kumar, Founder – CMD Business Club, welcomed the distinguished gathering and highlighted the importance of cultural initiatives in bringing communities closer and strengthening international friendships. He appreciated the collaboration between CMD Business Club, Russian House and GTTCI in creating a platform that celebrates artistic excellence and cross-cultural exchange.

Dr. Gaurav Gupta, Founder President, GTTCI, emphasized the significant role of cultural diplomacy in strengthening international relations. He stated that art transcends geographical boundaries and languages, creating bridges of friendship, harmony and mutual respect among people. He further highlighted that initiatives like the Barefoot concert reinforce the longstanding India–Russia friendship while complementing GTTCI’s mission of advancing global cooperation through diplomacy, trade, technology and cultural exchange.

The programme witnessed the presence of international community members, including members of the Australian expatriate community, along with business leaders, cultural enthusiasts and representatives from diverse backgrounds. The event was also attended by GTTCI Board Members and Prime Members, including Mr. Gopal Krishan Khandelwal, Proprietor, G K International Diesel; Mr. Kapil Khandelwal, Director, Topline Print Media Pvt. Ltd.; Mr. Sanjay Kumar Agarwal, Founder, The Learning Movement and Prime Member of GTTCI; and CA Ankur Baser, FCA, B.Com, DSIA & FAFP, Heramb Finserv.



Ms. Elena Barman, President, Indian Association of Russian Compatriots, appreciated the continued cultural cooperation between India and Russia and acknowledged the efforts of CMD Business Club, Russian House and GTTCI in creating platforms that encourage friendship, mutual understanding and people-to-people connections through the performing arts.



The evening concluded with the felicitation of the artists in recognition of their remarkable performances. The audience applauded the ensemble for their exceptional talent and graceful presentation, making the concert a memorable celebration of cultural excellence and the enduring bond of friendship between India and Russia.
