MoU Signed Between AIMA and GTTCI to Propel Nashik’s Global Industrial Presence
Nashik, December 7th, 2023 — The Ambad Industries & Manufacturers’ Association (AIMA) recently hosted a momentous interactive session with the Global Trade & Technology Council of India (GTTCI) at the AIMA Auditorium in Ambad, Nashik. The meeting, chaired by Nashik’s esteemed Police Commissioner, Sandeep Karnik, facilitated discussions centered around trade expansion, industrial growth, and the critical aspect of maintaining a conducive environment for commerce.
Commissioner Sandeep Karnik affirmed the government’s staunch commitment to safeguarding industries, emphasizing the pivotal role of industries as significant job creators, contributors to families, and drivers of national economic growth. Assuring unwavering police support for industrial peace, Commissioner Karnik underscored the alignment of both the Central and State policies in prioritizing industrial safety.
The highlight of the gathering was the formal signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between AIMA and GTTCI. This milestone agreement aims to bolster Nashik’s export capabilities while providing local entrepreneurs with unprecedented global opportunities. Officials from both entities expressed optimism about this collaboration, anticipating its potential to not only open doors for Nashik’s industries in the global market but also contribute significantly to the nation’s economic advancement.
In attendance were notable dignitaries, including Founder President of GTTCI Dr. Gaurav Gupta, Maharashtra President Aishwarya Wankhede, Maharashtra Mentor Pinal Wankhede, AIMA General Secretary Lalit Bub, NIMA President Dhananjay Bele, BJP Udyog Aghadi Pradeep Peshkar, Datamark’s Chris Arkaresi, NIPAM President Prakash Bari, among others.
AIMA President Nikhil Panchal expressed enthusiasm about GTTCI’s role in promoting bilateral trade between India and other countries and its significant contribution to elevating Nashik’s industrial presence on the global stage.
The event also witnessed the release of the GTTC Insights November Edition, a monthly publication by GTTCI, officiated by the distinguished attendees.
