The official IHE platform positioned the 2026 edition as a four-day showcase of hospitality and F&B innovation, with 1,000+ exhibiting brands, 25,000+ B2B visitors, 500+ VIP hosted buyers and participation from 16+ countries.

A Comprehensive Platform for the Hospitality Industry

IHE 2026 brought the wider hospitality value chain together under one roof, covering areas ranging from commercial kitchens and foodservice equipment to tableware, furniture, interiors, wellness, housekeeping, laundry, guest-room amenities, technology and smart hotel systems. The expo also featured dedicated areas for F&B supplies and hospitality architecture, design and construction.

The platform enabled hospitality decision-makers, including hotel owners, operators, procurement professionals, restaurateurs, caterers, developers and project consultants, to discover new products, technologies and business solutions. With its strong emphasis on sourcing, networking and business development, IHE continued to provide an important meeting ground between suppliers and hospitality buyers.

Showcasing Indian Enterprise and New Product Launches

A notable highlight of the 9th edition was the launch of new hospitality-focused initiatives at the India Expo Centre. Dr. Pawan Kansal, CMD, Shri & Sam, marked the occasion with the launch of the Shri & Sam Cutlery Showroom, adding another dimension to the expo’s focus on premium hospitality products and tableware solutions.

The event also witnessed the participation and product showcase of Polyfibre World, led by Mr. Ankur Khandelwal, Director, Polyfibre World. The company’s presence at the expo highlighted the growing importance of IHE as a platform for product presentation, business expansion, brand positioning and direct engagement with hospitality buyers.

GTTCI Strengthens International Engagement

The international character of the expo was further enhanced through the participation of the Global Trade & Technology Council (India) (GTTCI). GTTCI’s involvement added an international business and diplomatic dimension to the exhibition, supporting greater engagement between Indian industry and global stakeholders.

The presence of diplomats and representatives from the Embassies of Egypt and Somalia further highlighted the potential of hospitality and allied industries as avenues for international cooperation, trade and investment. Such diplomatic participation creates opportunities for businesses to explore cross-border partnerships, market access and collaboration across the hospitality ecosystem.

Connecting Industry with Global Opportunities

The expo’s international positioning aligns with IHE’s broader objective of connecting Indian hospitality businesses with global markets. With exhibitors and participants from multiple countries, the event provided an environment for discovering international products, technologies and business practices while giving Indian companies opportunities to present their capabilities to overseas stakeholders.

For participating businesses, IHE 2026 offered more than exhibition visibility. It created opportunities to build buyer relationships, identify distributors and partners, explore collaborations and understand emerging hospitality trends. The platform further demonstrated how specialised exhibitions can facilitate meaningful commercial connections across the hospitality value chain.

A Stronger Future for Hospitality Collaboration

The successful completion of the 9th India International Hospitality Expo 2026 reaffirmed the India Expo Centre & Mart’s role as a significant platform for the hospitality and F&B industry. The combination of business networking, product innovation, industry participation and international diplomatic engagement made the four-day event a meaningful platform for industry collaboration.

With IEML’s organisational strength, GTTCI’s international engagement and participation from Indian and international stakeholders, IHE 2026 demonstrated how exhibitions can serve as catalysts for trade, technology, investment and international business cooperation. As the hospitality sector continues to evolve, the expo is well positioned to contribute to stronger industry partnerships and India’s growing presence in the global hospitality ecosystem.
